Your voice recordings during JIKARA sessions are:

- NOT permanently stored after transcription unless you opt into session replay features
- If session replay is enabled: stored securely in Azure Blob Storage with 90-day retention
- Never used to train third-party AI models
- Never sold or shared with advertisers
11.5 Data Retention for JIKARA
- Account Data: Retained until you delete your account
- Learning Progress: Retained until you delete your account
- Session Transcripts: Retained for 1 year for learning analytics and session replay
- Voice Recordings: 90 days (if replay enabled), otherwise deleted after processing
- Usage Analytics: Aggregated anonymously and retained indefinitely
11.6 Your Rights in JIKARA
Within the JIKARA App, you can:
- Export Your Data: Download all your learning data, session history, and progress via Profile → Privacy → Export Data
- Delete Your Account: Permanently delete all your data via Profile → Privacy → Delete Account
- Manage Permissions: Control microphone access through your device settings
- Opt Out of Analytics: Disable non-essential analytics in app settings
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All learning progress, subscriptions, and associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
11.7 Children's Use of JIKARA
